You may fill the online graduation application form to apply for the commencement ceremony before 15 November 2019.

To attend the ceremony, it is compulsory to wear a gown with hat. This gown will be made according to the size you mentioned on the online form. You will be able to collect your gown:

• Bangkok: on 23 November 2019 in Rama 9 campus, Building 1, 4th Floor Auditorium
• Huahin: on 30 November 2019 in Huahin campus, Auditorium
• Please note that you will be able to buy or rent the gown by paying in cash to the tailor.
• Gown rental is 600 THB with refundable deposit of 1,400 THB.
  You can return the gown either:
  – At the end of the commencement ceremony on December 15, 2019
  – At the shop within one month after the ceremony – January 15, 2020
  – Send by post within January 15, 2020 to Samrid Academic Dress and Suit 2625, Paholyothin Rd., Ladyao, Jatuchak, Bangkok 10900
• A fine for late return of 100 THB per week will apply, and a fine for any damage and loss of academic hat or gown of 500 THB per item will apply.
• Gown purchase is 2,000 THB.

If you cannot come to the campus on the above dates to pick up your gown, please go directly to the shop located on the map below to collect your gown (click here for Google Map location).

Please note our formal STIU dress code during the ceremony:

• Men should wear a white shirt with dark tie and dark trousers, blazer and closed black shoes.
• Women should wear a white shirt with a dark skirt (or trousers) with dark shoes and optional blazer.

Shoes and student uniform also available to purchase on 23 November 2019 at Rama 9 campus, Building 2, near the Leura Restaurant.

To attend the ceremony, it is compulsory to wear a faculty pin and you may optionally wear a pin of distinction. You will be able to collect your pin(s) free of cost together with your gown on following detail below

• Bangkok: on 23 November 2019 in Rama 9 campus, Building 1, 4th Floor Auditorium
• Huahin: on 30 November 2019 in Huahin campus, Auditorium

Alternatively, if you are not able to collect your pin in time mentioned above, you can collect your pin at your campus, office hour (8.30 am – 5:30 pm) until the 13 December 2019.

In case you lost or damaged your pin, you will be able to purchase your pin(s) at the ceremony.

• Distinction Pin 200 THB

You may want to keep good memories of your commencement ceremony. If so, you can order a photo package service to take professional photos for you by filling in the form provided by the shop and making an advance payment on the same day you will pick up your gown.
