เมื่อวันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2567 ที่โรงแรมอัศวิน แกรนด์ คอนเวนชั่น กรุงเทพฯ ดร. อภิเทพ แซ่โค้ว รักษาการอธิการบดี มหาวิทยาลัยนานาชาติ Stamford พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัย คณาจารย์ และนักศึกษาไทยและต่างชาติ เข้าร่วมพิธีลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลง (MOU) กับสำนักงานคณะกรรมการกิจการกระจายเสียงและกิจการโทรคมนาคมแห่งชาติ (NBTC) ร่วมกับสถาบันการศึกษาจากทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชน รวมถึงองค์กรภาคประชาสังคมต่าง ๆ รวมทั้งหมด 22 องค์กร

วัตถุประสงค์ของความร่วมมือนี้คือการบูรณาการความพยายามในการส่งเสริมการรู้เท่าทันสื่อในกลุ่มประชาชนทุกกลุ่ม นอกจากนี้ยังมีเป้าหมายเพื่อเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจในด้านต่าง ๆ ของสื่อและส่งเสริมการใช้สื่อดิจิทัลอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและเป็นธรรม โดยมุ่งหวังที่จะใช้ประโยชน์สูงสุดในระดับชาติและระดับนานาชาติ

On October 1, 2024, at the Asawin Grand Convention Hotel in Bangkok, Dr. Apitep Saekow, Acting President of Stamford International University, together with university executives, faculty, and both Thai and international students, participated in the signing ceremony for a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Office of The National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC),  educational institutions from both the public and private sectors and various civil society organizations, totaling  22 organizations.

The objective of this collaboration is to integrate efforts to promote media literacy among all groups of citizens. Additionally, it aims to enhance understanding of various aspects of media and to promote the effective and equitable use of digital media, maximizing its benefits at both national and international levels.
