เมื่อไม่นานมานี้ มหาวิทยาลัยนานาชาติแสตมฟอร์ดได้จัดกิจกรรมแข่งขันออกแบบอินโฟกราฟิกส์ หรือ Infographic Competition ขึ้น ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของวิชา Introduction to Statistics (STA 101)   เพื่อส่งเสริมให้นักศึกษาได้ฝึกการออกแบบรูปแบบการนำเสนอผลทางสถิติ ให้เข้าใจง่าย และน่าสนใจ

ทั้งนี้ มีนักศึกษาจากทั้งวิทยาเขตพระรามเก้า และวิทยาเขตหัวหินเข้าร่วมการแข่งขันในครั้งนี้ โดยแบ่งผู้เข้าแข่งขันออกเป็นทีม แต่ละทีมมีการจัดทำแบบสอบถาม เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง วิเคราะห์ และนำเสนอข้อมูลหรือผลทางสถิติในรูปแบบ Infographic ขนาดโปสเตอร์ ทีมที่ชนะการแข่งขันได้รับประกาศนียบัตร และรางวัลเป็นบัตรกำนัลเซ็นทรัล

Stamford International University arranged an “Infographic Competition” as a part of the Introduction to Statistics Class (STA 101), in order to help students to understand the practical uses of statistics.

Participating students from all sections of the Rama 9 and Hua Hin campuses formed groups and were required to make questionnaires, collect, analyze, and present data, applying statistical methods learned, in the form of posters. The winning teams were awarded Central gift cards and certificates.
